About

Bridging the worlds of social impact and culture change, I have an extensive background working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations overseeing global social impact strategies, purpose-driven marketing campaigns, and partnerships. I empower brands to leverage their platform and influence to drive positive social and environmental outcomes. Most recently, I led the brand impact team at Vans (footwear) and had the unique responsibility of crafting and managing global strategies, social impact programs and cause marketing in alignment with the brand’s purpose. This work was adopted and brought to life within regions and included oversight of all corporate giving, nonprofit partnerships, bespoke impact programs, public advocacy work, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives that directly affected the wellbeing of employees and consumers. In addition to the consumer-facing work, I also collaborated closely with ERGs and partnered on the implementation of racial justice and DEI initiatives. Before joining the Global Marketing team at Vans, where I oversaw purpose marketing, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy, I spent a decade in the music industry, as a music curator, talent buyer and partnerships lead at Filter Magazine, and various prestigious marketing agencies in the Interpublic Group and Omnicom networks.

Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors at Get Lit - Words Ignite; a nonprofit dedicated to increasing literacy, empowering youth, and energizing communities through poetry. An amateur herbalist, avid dancer, and garden hobbyist, I’m currently a student with Quail Springs, studying permaculture design.
